本文分析了燃气热水器行业针对无回水管水路系统实现零冷水功能的现有技术方案,指出现有技术方案存在的一些缺陷,并结合试验研究,对无回水管水路系统提出了一套全新的实现零冷水功能的技术解决方案。

High-speed,two-dimensional digital image correlation algorithm using heterogeneous (CPU-GPU) framework

Two-dimensional digital image correlation (2D-DIC) is an experimental technique used to measure in-plane displacement of a test specimen. Real-time measurement of full-field displacement data is challenging due to enormous computational load of the algorithm. In order to improve the computational speed, the focus of recent research works has been on the approach of parallelization across subsets within image pairs using graphics processing unit (GPU). But alternate GPU-based parallelization approaches to improve the performance of this algorithm as per the order of data processing have not been explored. To address this research gap, our method utilizes parallelism within a subset as well as across subsets for each computation step in an iteration cycle. A heterogeneous (CPU-GPU) framework in combination with a pyramid-based initial values estimation for subsets (in parallel) is proposed in this work. The precompute steps of the proposed framework are implemented using CPU, whereas the main iterative steps are realized using GPU. It is demonstrated that the overall computational speed of the proposed heterogeneous framework improves by compared to a sequential CPU-based implementation for a pair of gray-scale images with a resolution of pixels. As an important milestone, feasibility to measure deformations in real time ( 1 s) is manifested in this study.     

基于双离合变速器电控单元的Volcano CAN开发

Volcano 是集汽车电子网络设计、实现和测试于一体的完整工具链。它包括整车网络规划及优化设计工具VNA,网络节点(TCU等)实现工具VTP以及网络测试工具Tellus。本文着重介绍了基于TCU的VTP。     

组合形活塞销冷镦挤成形工艺

针对组合形活塞销结构特征和工艺要求,分析该零件的成形难点为:两端圆锥孔的挤压成形和深径比大于2. 5的中心圆孔反挤压。为此,应用DEFORM-2D有限元分析软件对组合形活塞销7工位冷镦挤成形工艺进行数值模拟分析。通过数值模拟分析和工艺方案修订,确定最终的成形工艺方案为:下料-整形-压凹-反挤压-冲孔-第1次挤锥-第2次挤锥,并采用硬质合金YG15制造反挤压凸模,以避免一次反挤压成形时凸模横截面变化处的折断。采用该方案进行工艺实验,实验结果表明:组合形活塞销尺寸满足零件设计要求,无折叠、开裂等锻造缺陷,深孔反挤压凸模使用寿命大于8万件。     

Effect of thermomechanical processing on microstructure and mechanical properties of CoCrFeNiMn high entropy alloy

The CoCrFeNiMn high entropy alloy was produced by homogenization, cold rolling and recrystallization. The effects of thermomechanical processing on microstructures and tensile properties at different temperatures were investigated using X-ray diffractometry (XRD), optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and multi-functional testing machine. The results show that dendritic structures in cast alloy evolve into equiaxed grains after being recrystallized, with single face-centered cubic (FCC) phase detected. The most refined alloys, stemming from the highest rolling ratio (40%), exhibit the highest strength due to the grain boundary strengthening, while the variation of elongation with temperature shows a concave feature. For the coarse-grained alloys, both the ductility and work hardening ability decrease monotonically with increasing temperature. Serrated flow observed at intermediate temperatures is attributed to the effective pinning of dislocations, which manifests the occurrence of dynamic strain hardening and results in the deterioration in ductility. Besides, dimples on the fracture surfaces indicate the typical ductile rupture mode.     

冷连轧机带钢切边宽度自动设定研究

宽展是冷连轧机切边剪切边宽度设定的重要考虑因素。影响宽展的因素较多,若考虑各影响因素,建立宽展模型十分困难。为此,在满足生产需求的前提下,通过大量数据分析,拟合出宽展系数计算多项式,进而可计算出满足需求的考虑宽展的切边剪宽度设定值,并通过自动化系统的改造实现了切边剪宽度的自动设定。     

寒区滨河湿地生态系统碳通量特征及影响因素

湿地碳循环在全球气候变化中起着重要作用,而湿地碳通量特征及其影响因素研究是湿地碳循环研究重点关注的问题之一。基于金河湾湿地涡度相关观测系统的实测试验数据,系统分析了寒区滨河湿地生态系统净碳交换日际和季节两种尺度的动态变化机制,总结了碳源、碳汇变化规律,并探讨了气象要素对净碳交换量和湿地总生态系统生产力的影响。结果表明,金河湾湿地生态系统净碳交换在日尺度上呈"U"型分布,午时左右达到最高值;季节尺度上,自9月中旬至次年4月初表现为碳源,其余时间表现为碳汇,持续时间约5个月,总固碳量约631.62g/m2;相较于其他湿地生态系统,寒区湿地由于气温低、湿度大,净碳交换量和总生态系统生产力相对较小。     

国家级核应急医学救援分队能力评估指标体系的建立与应用

为进一步摸清国家核应急医学救援分队能力建设现状,国家核应急响应技术支持中心建立了评估指标体系、评分标准,对依托苏州大学附属第二医院(核工业总医院)设立的国家核应急医学救援分队开展能力评估。评估重点包括政策法规、组织机构、预案方案、指挥控制、应急设施与装备、应急响应行动和培训演练等7项一级指标。通过评估,摸清了现状,查找了问题,同时对救援方案、物资装备配备及管理、培训演练等国家核应急医学救援分队能力建设以及核应急能力评估等工作提出改进建议。
